Photography is becoming a big interest for many people these days as technology continues to take over our world. With this becoming a trend, it is also becoming easier to take better pictures and add filters or make edits to enhance your picture. Cameras on phones these days continue to get stronger which also helps form a good picture. Below are some shots I took using different composition elements to create a strong picture.
Lines: Even though these lines in the picture are not perfectly straight, they are still eye catching and lead your eye to the center of attention in this picture which is the pot of flowers. Most of the time straight lines are commonly found in pictures which is a softer feel on the viewer's eye. However, is this picture, even though the lines are not straight, they are still present and catch the viewer's eye.

Rule of Thirds: Rule of Thirds is not a difficult element to add to a picture. All you have to do is turn on the grid on your camera and line your subject up accordingly on the graph. Most people will line their subject up to the right or left of the grid; however, in this picture I decided to align my subject with the upper third of the grid.

Negative Space: This shot was taken far away from the subject to show all of the negative space surrounding the subject. In this shot, the negative space is distracting from the subject due to the fact that there are so many other things in the background. On the other side, with a clear background, negative space can be an element to add emphasis on your subject.

Angles: This pot of flowers can be viewed upon from several different angles. This shot has a different angle than the previous shots above. Depending on how you are looking at the pot of flowers or the distance you are away from it, you will be able to view different angles of this subject.
Layering: With this close up shot, it is visible that there are multiple angles of this plant. It may not be easy to view these different layers from a distance a way, but with this close up, it is clearly visible to see the multiple layers of this plant.
